Chicken with Mixed Vegetables Recipe

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 6 chicken thighs diced

  • 1/4 cups cornstarch

  • 1/4 cups cooking oil

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/4 cups soy sauce

  • 1 cups sliced water chestnuts

  • 2 cups shredded lettuce

  • 1 tomato diced

  • 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms

  • 1 cups sliced celery

  • 1 cups chopped onion


Directions:

  1. Dip chicken in cornstarch.

  2. Heat oil in wok then cook chicken for 15-20 minutes in oil or until browned.

  3. Add all ingredients and cook for another 5-10 minutes while stirring constantly.
